And the week just continued....

It is funny how that happens... you are so sure that everything has so much discord.. and so many angry vibrations that surely it must stop time right? but no, time doesnt stop just because you are frozen in place... And so the week continued.. and admittedly was alot of fun on thursday night and friday night... i know i blog alot about what we do at scouts.. not that im an avid scouting fan.. or that i think what our little den is accomplishing is rocket science.. but some of the ideas and activities that are thought of and pulled off for free... and are a complete riot.. always make me think... why havent i thought of this before!!! IT is so much fun! so i figure i will pass along the fun.... so people looking for fun games and activities for families... That are free... and dont include a TV or a single game paddle... can slap their forehead right along with me.. and say! What a great idea!!!
This week we had a turkey shoot... LOLOL! Supplies included rubber bands, clothes pins... brown paper lunch bags.. wooden dowls (sticks would work) newspaper to stuff the turkey... scissors, crayons... glue or tape... and let the hunt begin!!! LOL No actual turkeys were hurt in the making of this... but several scouts (and moms) got shot with rubber bands - First they made turkeys

Then they hot glued the clothes pin to the dowl... Rubber band guns now created... they aimed

Fired... and shot their turkeys down... It was alot of fun
Then ofcourse anyone who knows me.. knows this is where i spent my evening yesterday... I LOVED it... i want an edward.. umm a little older version of an edward... but... drool...
