What a day....

Well, Saturdays are always fun... because there is no work, no school, lots of activities, and trying to keep the house clean inbetween, Today Johnathon had swimming lessons and John (michelle's son) is in the same class, we loaned John a sled for a birthday party he was going to which reminded my son to ask me "Mom, when are you going to take me sledding, we forgot to go last weekend" Which he is right, i had promised to take him and we ended up doing other activities. SO i ran home, grabbed a couple more sleds and a sister... and here is the out come.
The first scream you hear on the video is johnathon, the second is Heather... They had fun!!!

Then this evening, it was a manly night at our house... Here are the Men working on the pinewood derby car (the race is in two weeks) - Picture this if you will, i walk back in the house from barnes and noble (i LOVE that place) and the kitchen is covered in power tools "Sweet Home Alabama" is blaring from the CD player, and They are singing along at the top of their lungs.... doing this.....

What is a woman to do ..... I did the only thing i could do at that point. I made them meatballs (how is that for a manly meal) for dinner and went and sat on the couch (with my tuna salad, cause im a girl and meatballs are gross!) and watched titanic... such a chick flick. Then i decided blogging was also kinda something i would enjoy some quiet time to do, so here i am. Gotta love the weekend!!!
